This Policy describes the way we process the information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons (Personal Data) as well as your right, i.a.when using the website www.dumatinausoir.com (Website).

This Policy was last updated on the above date. It may be adapted from time to time so please check it regularly. Any significant changes to this Privacy Policy will be notified to you or clearly mentioned on the home page of the Website.

  • Information regarding the purchased products

  • Financial information (purchase history) and bank account (only in case of refund)

Suppliers

  • Contact details (name, first name, address, phone and email)

  • Professional details (company, function, department, website)

  • Financial and bank information (bank account, credit history and other financial information)

  • Information allowing us to receive your goods and services

 

The Personal Data at our disposal are always communicated by yourself, when making a purchase on the Website or when subscribing to our Newsletter. 

​The bank details with regard to the payment of the orders are collected and handled exclusively by our service provider "Stripe" (these personal data are treated in accordance with the privacy policy of "Stripe", which is available on its website). Du Matin Au Soir itself has no access to your bank account number or credit card number (however, Du Matin Au Soir may handle these data in the case of a refund).

 

6.   Recipients of the Personal Data and transfer to other countries

 

For the purposes described in Article 3, we may transfer your Personal Data to third parties (the « recipients »):

  • Third party service providers, and in particular IT and hosting providers;

  • Service providers entrusted with the delivery of your order

Your Personal Data are stored in Belgium or in another country out of the European Economic Area.
